Terms and conditions

What this site does

Water Damage Services Knoxville, run by the site operator, is a free referral service. It connects people with independent water damage restoration providers. We are not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

No guarantee of service

We do not guarantee that a provider will be available for your area, that they will arrive by a certain time, or that they will take your job. Coverage depends on which providers are taking calls.

Providers are independent

Providers are separate businesses. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We do not guarantee their work, prices, licenses, insurance or conduct. Check these yourself before you hire anyone, and get the scope and price in writing.

Information on this site

Our guides give general information about water damage and restoration. They are not professional, legal or insurance advice. Follow the instructions of emergency services, your utility companies, your insurer and the professional who inspects your property.

Emergencies

If there is a risk to life, fire, gas or electrical danger, call 911 or your utility company first. Do not rely on this website in an emergency of that kind.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the site operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or from the work of any provider you hire through it.
